For a late birthday present my husband took my to the National Wester Stock Show Rodeo Finals and needless to say it was a blast. I had such great time and had some fun photographing a few of the events. Here are some of my favorite images from yesterday.
Dog Herding
Bareback Bronco Riding
Steer Wrestling
Saddle Bronco Riding
Calf Tie-Down Roping
Barrel Racing
I had a fun opportunity come up recently that gave be deja vu from high school. Snowshoe studios did cast portraits and dress rehearsal stills for Turning Pointe's Children's Theatre's production of the Wizard of Oz. It was an absolute blast. My boss did all the portraits and I got to second shoot on the rehearsal. In high school I used to do all the photography for the 3 yearly plays. Needless to say I've come a long way since then and had so much fun this time around. I wish I had the opportunity to shoot more than one evening but alas I was only able to attend the first dress rehearsal. Here are a selection of my images from that evening!
Had to get the techies in somehow. They rarely are seen. Quite an allusive group!
I'm melting! Melting! AHHHHhhhh!
It's been two and a half months since I've blogged last and a lot has happened. I've been working furiously on my Professional Project and somehow managed to get married just before the holidays. I'd love to share a few of the things I've done the last few months. Enjoy.
